"Establishing an e-signature and e-trust ecosystem in Palestine is a key enabler for a secure digital infrastructure, by offering secure login to web portals and accessing e-services. Also, it enables users to securely sign e-documents with a legal value. Establishing and regulating such services for government, banks, businesses, and entrepreneurs will boost digital transformation and lead to a strong digital economy. 
The project Covers 3 Main areas:
1- Strengthening the enabling legislative environment for e-signature and e-certification in the state, by preparing a modern e-transactions law that complies with the EIDAS regulations and meets the national/international laws and standards and identifying and preparing the related bylaws and regulations. 
2- Successful implementation of the supervisory Body, which will regulate and supervise the e-trust environment and Trust Services Providers (TSPs), setting appropriate requirements, instructions, and standards for them, and permanent monitoring and auditing according to these requirements. The assignment includes organizational capacity for this unit including proposing a structure and hierarchy of best practices, Identifying and preparing related policies and work procedures, setting rules for accreditation, and renewing and monitoring trust services providers. 
3- Capacity Building for the SB team and for The justice sector, including judges, arbitrators, as well as the police, and Intensive awareness for citizens"
